Responsibilities of Renter Renter agrees to comply with all venue rules, local laws, noise ordinances, and occupancy limits. Renter is responsible for setup, takedown, and cleanup unless otherwise agreed. Catering responsibilities and clean up are the sole responsibility of the Renter. Alcohol service: Limited to beer, wine, and products sold at this bar. NO liquor allowed on premise. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. 6. Liability Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner/Operator from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the event, except those caused by Ownerβs gross negligence or willful misconduct. 7.
