FAQs
Everyone is welcome at Wedge, including well-behaved, supervised children and pets! That said, we are a brewery that makes and sells alcohol, and as such we focus on events where the majority of guests are 21+.
You’re more than welcome to decorate the space you’re renting as long as it doesn’t damage our property. Candles must be in holders, and we do not allow party poppers, glitter, or confetti.
For events in the Cloud Room, you can stream music through our sound system. Any live entertainment requires approval from Wedge Management. We do not allow drums.
Wedge Brewing Company does not make or serve food, but you are welcome to bring in food or catering from wherever you’d like! We do ask that guests make sure to clean up any food at the end of their event. We can supply up to two catering tables with linens in the Cloud Room, and one catering table with linen in the Mezzanine. We do not have any kitchen space, so all food will need to arrive ready to be served.
Drink prices range from $5-7 for beer, cider, and wine and $2-$3 for soft drinks, and are pay as you go. All hosted tabs will have a 20% gratuity automatically applied when the tab is closed. We do not serve liquor, and absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed.
We have a variety of options for how you offer drinks to your guests, including an open bar, drink tickets, and a cash bar/individual tabs.
When you decide you want to host your event with us, we’ll draft and send you an event agreement. Once the agreement has been signed and returned, and a form of payment has been provided, you’re on our books! Event payment is due in full 6 weeks prior to your event date, and is non-refundable.
Your rental fee includes access to the space for up to 5 hours—including setup and teardown— and use of any furniture and technology in the space. Depending on the space and terms of event rental, pricing may also include a dedicated event bartender. The rental fee does not include tax, food, drinks, or gratuity.
Our Studios and Foundy St. locations have free parking available onsite. There’s street, metered, and garage parking available near our Grove Arcade location.
Belgian styles, traditional lagers, hoppy ales, and fruit-forward ales, sours, and seltzers
We love a good party, and would be thrilled to talk with you about hosting your next event at Wedge! To learn more about our event spaces, check out our private events page.

While we don’t have food or food trucks at Grove Arcade, we’ve got some great neighbors making delicious food mere steps from our front door! You’re welcome to call in a to-go order and bring your snacks back to our tasting room to enjoy alongside your favorite Wedge beers!
We have resided in the heart of the River Arts District for over a decade and have been the place for artists and craftspeople to come together.
No problem! We close out all open tabs at the end of each night and add 20% tip
Yes… yes it is.
The Wedge Studios Building—where Wedge Studios is located— is wedge-shaped from a birds eye view. It was designed this way to help prevent potential flood damage.
We got our start in the River Arts District, and therefore hold art and community very close to us. We create beer for the creatives and give them a place to commune.
Our heart has always been in the River Arts District. The second location provided us with indoor space for general seating and event spaces.
