Wedge Studios
Wedge studios
Wedge studios, an iconic building in Asheville's River Arts District, was founded by metal artist John Payne. A pioneer of the River Arts District, Payne converted this 100-year-old triangular three-story building into a studio for his metal "Kinetosaurs" and leased the remaining studio spaces to fellow artists. Payne's vibrant legacy lives on in the twenty working studios and brewery that found a home in the building. The Wedge Brewery anchors the dock level of the building with a 10BBL brewery & tasting room, with expansive outdoor seating that attracts creatives and beer drinkers alike to share the space, stories, and good beer.

The Line Up
Wedge Brewing Company is stoked, I mean really stoked, to partner with a variety of local food trucks to keep you fueled up and satisfied while you're hanging out at Wedge Studios Tuesday through Sunday! And let me tell you, these food trucks are no joke. They're serving up some serious eats that'll make your taste buds sing. Now, here's the deal: the food trucks usually roll in around 4pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 1pm Friday through Sunday. But listen up, because things can change, trucks can cancel, tires get flattened, you know the drill. So, if you're a food truck owner and you want to get in on the action, hit up Wedge at [email protected] and let 'em know what you're bringing to the table.
