Some Kind of IPA

experimental series intended to chronicle our journey to craft the perfect IPA

Some Kind of IPA is an experimental series intended to chronicle our journey to craft the perfect IPA.

Columbus Hops take center stage in this batch—we put this dual-purpose hop to work, using them for bittering and to impart an overall earthiness and spiciness to the beer.

Generous additions of Galaxy and El Dorado hops contribute bright lemony citrus and tropical fruit to the aroma and flavor, complimenting a grain bill intended to create a light and quaffable beer that allows the hop character to shine.

We’re well aware that “perfect IPA” means different things to different people, which is why this series is focused way more on the journey than the destination. Cheers to experimentation, and cheers to you, you bold and intrepid beer fan, for choosing to join us on this adventure!
