West Coast Style IPA generally refers to the style’s bolder, and more bitter hop profile. The malts we use in this IPA result in a golden colored neutral base beer. But this baby is ultimately firmly balanced towards the hops. Here we’re using a classic Centennial and Cascade hop combo resulting in a more piney and resinous character. A lot of citrus, like lemon and tangerine, with some floral notes in there too. Our ode to the Pacific Northwest.
